23rd/24th June, 2020Round 1 Pitch Preparation Webinar (Zoom session with teams, timeslots to be confirmed)
4th/5th July, 2020Round 1 Pitch Event (virtual with day/time to be confirmed). Round 2 finalists i.e. teams going through to the Grand Challenge will be announced on July 7th
18th/19th July, 2020Round 2/ Grand Challenge Pitch Preparation Webinar (Zoom sessions to be confirmed)
1st August, 2020Grand Challenge Pitch Event (timeslot and program to be confirmed). 3 x Major Category Winners plus 3 x Early Stage Bionic Innovation Award Winners announced.
8th August, 2020Winners Mentoring and Acceleration Program Orientation - details to come. Bionics Queensland will discuss and finalise Program Delivery Contracts with all winning teams by the end of August, 2020. Implementation and reporting timeframes will vary across teams.
August/ September, 2020Rollout of the Bionics Queensland Mentoring and Acceleration Program for winning teams (a core educational module plus customised mentoring). Ongoing interaction of winners with mentors and disciplinary experts is anticipated.
